Order Policies

Every Item is Handmade

All our items are individually handmade by the artist. They are all unique. There will be variations in appearance from piece to piece due to the nature of the material and availability of materials. The product photos on this site are representative but we cannot guarantee exact matches between items. If we feel there is a significant difference between the product and representative photo we will contact you.

Order Fulfillment

Average order fulfillment time is 3-7 days from your date of order to delivery to shipping provider. If your item is custom this may require additional time.

Shipping

Local delivery is available within the Volcano-Hilo area on the Big Island.

For mainland and neighbor islands we ship within the U.S. via First Class/USPS Ground Advantage for packages under 16 oz. and Priority Mail services. First Class/USPS Ground Advantage delivery time is average 3-10 days and Priority Mail is 3-5 days from the shipping date.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipping notification has been received.

Orders over $50 are sent Signature Required. You may opt out of signature required but please be aware ArtsofAloha.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after delivery has occurred to the address you provided. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.

Damaged Shipments

We carefully pack items for safe shipping. If your item arrives damaged please:

  1. Let us know immediately that you received a damaged shipment.
  2. Photograph proof of damage - take pictures of the damaged item and packaging and email the images to us. Please take clear photos.
  3. Keep all original packaging and contents (including the box, bubble wrap, foam, and paper). Please keep the original item and packaging until the claim is resolved, unless USPS decides to pick it up from you for inspection. This may take about 2 weeks. We'll let you know when it can be discarded.
  4. You will receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Refunds are given minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
